Thai Visa Forums is extremely helpful for anyone wanting information on visas but you have to run their adverts which totally ruin the site. If you use an ad blocker, you are subjected to "Brooksies" music at full blast. Its is almost as if they do not want anyone...Read more
Suspect we'll have some newly suspended or banned members stopping by to vent after commenting on the investigation into Russian collusion (Flynn), and the movement of the Republican tax bill. I see MetisDead is flopping and twitching, desperate to protect Trump's...Read more
It looks like Thai Visa/Nation are reaching the end. Apart from a bunch of Mods ruining it who think they control life the universe and everything. TVF are now begging for money. That's right, begging for money. They are crying out that it costs money to run the site...Read more
Thai Visa - Banned four times by Scott for defending Trump
I support lower taxes and less regulation. On TV I have been banned four times. I'm not rude just a libratarian. The liberals on TV say horrible things and are never banned.
Thai Visa - Pathetic
Poor journalism. Non-functional "upgraded" website. No way to delete account. Mods who ban for no substantial reason. Abusive languange. Racism.
Thai Visa Forum Review
It's useful if you need hard information about visas and stuff. As for discussion, it's mostly dominated by OAPs, who have pretty much the opinion you would expect them to have. Too much time on their hands. Believe me, if you have a life in Thailand, you're not gonna be on Thaivisa, unless you're making money that is.
Thai Visa - Forum Review from Chon Buri, Chon Buri
Did the new owners see this coming? The forum is dead. I follow the Thai Visa motorcycle forum and noticed they had one post in the last two days. I'm banned of course and can't participate. LOL
My comment was removed on Thaivisa for specious reasons and it was done rudely. The moderator Metisdead (that name is fine?) is the culprit, but Scott supported his decision. There was no justification for it. I was trying to elevate the discussion by stating that the...Read more
Muang Pattaya, Chang Wat Chon Buri
After being suspended several times by the Dictator Mods that run the news forums, I finally had enough and wrote to their 'head office. The response I got to my questions about why they are allowing Trolls and bitter Expats to abuse and criticise Thailand and Thais...Read more
Muang Pattaya, Chang Wat Chon Buri
Moderators such as Scott and Metisdead are out of control and are killing the site, it's dropped in the Alexa rankings from position 1,200 to 2,034 and is now only number 343 in Thailand. It's no wonder the site is dying with such heavy-handed moderators who make up...Read more
This forum has gone downhill faster than Bob Geldofs career. The main issue is that any posts using logic or reason are removed, and only xtreme anti Trump posts are permitted. Users exist in a tiny bubble where they have convinced themselves that Trump is...Read more
I went to do some advertising for my business in Thailand. The Thaivisa dot com rates were pretty good and they assured me they had a large number of members. I recall viewing it years ago and seeing 50-100 members viewing the General forum at any given time and fairly...Read more
Right now there is a topic on Thaivisa world news that discusses the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). One of the long term posters, Jingthing, is supportive of that organization. A little research shows that the SPLC once listed presidential candidate Ben Carson as...Read more
The Nation is a liberal online publication. The Nations problems started when they acquired an online forum called Thaivisa. Thaivisa contains a moderated chat board forum. In general the moderators operate to keep discussions on topic, modify post formatting to make...Read more
